Consider becoming my Client

I put this web site up because I may want your business. Take a close look, consider the facts, and get in touch with me. I'd love to hear from you, and you'll be glad you did.

Why You Should be my Client

Since July 2008, I've been working like crazy to polish off my old programming skills and get up to speed on the Internet. I've made plenty of progress, though it hasn't showed so far in my output of web pages. Since I'm really a programmer who likes web design (as opposed to a web designer who dabbles in programming), I wanted to know the programming thing inside out.

It's a funny thing, though. When the time came to put out this site for myself, I did it in 24 hours. There is enough of my software working now that you will begin to see my real productivity peeping through. And I'd love to put that to work for you.

You should be particularly interested in me if:

I also plan on doing a certain amount of contract work, even though I'll be expanding my client base. I think that everyone wins in this situation because I'm a great contractor (I've done it a lot in the past) and because by working on other peoples' systems there is great cross-pollination between my own ideas, which have consumed me this past year, and all the other great ideas out there.

Full Disclosure: To be completely honest, I'm not sure you want to be my client. And, even if you do, I may not want you, either. If you are in the porn business or doing something I'd think is dishonest, get lost. One of the positive aspects of web culture is transparency. Because it's so easy to hide, there really is no point in hiding half-way. I am an ordained minister with a computer background, so you can expect honesty from me, but I expect it from you, too. Most people are honest, and I want to work for them.
